Mental Health

I believe that each and every one of our students deserves happiness. I know that through life's struggles, depression, anxiety, and loneliness can take its toll. Parents- please encourage your children to seek help. If you see signs of depression including loss of interests in hobbies, tired all the time, moodiness, or a pull away from close friends and family, please call me. I love to work with students and help them improve their lives. I have worked with kids on everything from suicide prevention, to cutting or self mutilation, to drug abuse, to feeling hopeless, to sadness and feeling lonely even around peers they once enjoyed. There is hope for your child and a bright future. Please, feel free to call me if you have any questions.
